Multicultural Carers

Carers SA recognises the richness of cultural interests and diversity in the SA community and maintains a commitment to ensure language, cultural background and race do not act as a barrier to use of or involvement in Carers SA.

Cultural Diversity and principles of access and equity are fundamental principles in the delivery of all Carers SA’s services.

Carers SA works to ensure the continuing development and responsiveness to the needs of Carers of all cultural groups.

Carers SA has a strong relationship with many of the cultural groups in our communities across the state

Carers SA CALD Ambassadors

Each year Carers SA appoints CALD Ambassadors to its Ambassador programme so a range of communities have a voice and Carers SA is able to work more closely with all Carers.

CALD Carer information Kits

Carers SA distributes the very popular Carer information kits throughout the state. Kits are available in the following 12 languages (Click for contact and kit request details in each language)
